Yesterday I had a meeting with the new manager of Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge regarding questions and concerns I had about recent management decisions affecting the refuge. Here’s what I found out.

For me few things supersede birds and my blogging but a visit from my daughter Shannon is one of them so this will likely be a short post.
