Two Hummingbird Species In The Mountains Yesterday Morning

And I’m stumped on the ID of one of them. A little help from my friends?

I don’t believe I have any other harrier photos even remotely similar to this one.

This apparent contentment of parent and offspring just struck me, though when I think about it I know it’s just a temporary illusion.

And it’s probably not the kind of stretch you think it is.

And this time she did it so well she eventually quit walking and simply flew the last leg of it.

And my contribution to it.
