My First Catbird Of The Year

Well, my first decent photo of one anyway.

A shot like this has been one of the most difficult for me to get.

It’s been a long time coming. Too long. The last kingfisher I photographed was seven months ago.

I took a huge chance and used the dreaded Shadows/Highlights tool in Photoshop on this image in an effort to save it.
