Sometimes a guy (or gal) just isn’t in the mood for cuddlin’.<\/p>\n

It was a slow morning in the mountains yesterday for birds but chipmunks provided some comedic relief. These two were hanging out together in some dead branches when…<\/p>\n

one of them draped its long tail over the top of its buddy’s head. The recipient of the gesture didn’t seem to mind at first but…<\/p>\n

when that very long tail wrapped almost completely around its chest his little buddy apparently didn’t appreciate the embrace. Based on his facial expression I almost expected him to say “Eeuw!” in disgust.<\/p>\n

The tail embrace didn’t last long but it was long enough to briefly take my mind off of the lack of birds. And make me smile.<\/p>\n
