Eagles at Farmington Bay"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I paid another visit to Farmington yesterday and while I got some nice shots of a few other species I was reminded of the Bald Eagles that were winter residents out there just a few short months ago.\u00a0 I miss them.\u00a0\u00a0So when it turned overcast this morning and I couldn&#8217;t\u00a0go out photographing birds\u00a0I decided to revisit some of the eagle images I got at Farmington three months ago.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" lighting\/detail under the wings and\u00a0the blood on the beak.\u00a0\u00a0 I also\u00a0like the eagle against the Wasatch Mountain background.\u00a0 If you look closely you can see that the\u00a0birds right eye is blown &#8211; something I&#8217;ve seen several times in owls but this is the first I&#8217;ve seen it in an eagle.\u00a0 The way they sometimes fight it&#8217;s no
