which is absent earlier in the summer is just beginning to appear.\u00a0 Even the brown and buff streaking on\u00a0much of the rest of the\u00a0bird\u00a0is\u00a0less &#8220;contrasty&#8221; than\u00a0those of the adult.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m so used to the\u00a0bright colors of the adult\u00a0that I found myself actually studying this bird through my viewfinder yesterday &#8211;
